I see this expedition as an extension of Alchemist. I hope that the culinary stories we tell about pollution, climate, hunger, and injustices will be amplified while gazing down at the Earth against the vast blackness of space. I think it will be a very powerful experience.
To make this project is truly cutting-edge, we plan to collaborate with researchers, designers, and organisations at the forefront of innovation. While one flight may seem small, I believe the wealth of knowledge and breakthroughs gained will have a far-reaching impact on the food industry and, ultimately, the consumer.
